THE E.P.I.C. COLLECTIVE

Understand your psychology. Keep developing it.

The E.P.I.C. Collective is an evolving psychology membership giving you access to courses, workshops, psychological tools, research, live sessions and a community built around understanding yourself, understanding others and understanding human behaviour.

New resources, insights and areas of development will be added continually, with members also helping to shape what we explore next.

The EPIC Collective

Group psychology. Individual breakthroughs.

The EPIC Collective is a structured group psychology programme that delivers the same evidence-based methodology as 1-2-1 sessions — in a group setting that adds a layer most solo coaching cannot: you see your patterns reflected in others, and you realise you’re not as alone in them as you thought.

Why Group Psychology Works

There is something uniquely powerful about recognising your own patterns in someone else’s behaviour. The group format accelerates awareness in a way that individual sessions sometimes cannot. You hear different versions of the same mechanisms, get different perspectives on the same tools, and the shared accountability creates consistency that drives real change.

The E.P.I.C. Collective

The E.P.I.C. Collective is about psychological education, development, application and community.

Individual E.P.I.C. Psychology

The individual E.P.I.C. services involve working directly with me around someone’s individual psychology, formulation, patterns and intervention.

Courses and Learning

There will be a growing collection of shorter and longer courses covering different areas of psychology, including:

Metacognition

Cognitive management

Attachment

Relationships

Anxiety

Threat perception

Emotional intelligence

Identity

Belief systems

Self-sabotage

Behavioural patterns

Confidence

Performance psychology

Decision-making
Aggression
Social psychology

There will be many more areas added as the Collective develops.

Practical Psychology

This isn’t just somewhere people watch psychology videos. There will be practical elements throughout the Collective including worksheets, exercises, behavioural experiments, challenges and interventions that members can actually use. The aim is to help people understand psychology but also apply what they are learning to their own lives.

Research

I will share and break down my own research, but I will also share interesting research from other psychologists and researchers working within the field. A lot of useful psychology is hidden behind academic language and journals — part of what I want to do with the Collective is take that research, explain what it actually means and show why it matters in everyday life.

LIVE EACH MONTH

Monthly Live Psychology Sessions

A live psychology session runs each month, built around a particular subject or theme — for example:

Attachment and Relationships

Understanding Recursive Thinking

Identity, Beliefs and Behaviour

Why We Misinterpret Other People's Behaviour

Members can submit questions around the subject, with a live Q&A included. Where appropriate, sessions are recorded and added to the Psychology Suite afterwards — so the library keeps growing over time.

MEMBER-LED

Member Requests and Voting

The Collective isn’t only me deciding what everybody should learn. Members can request subjects they want covered and vote on different areas they’d like to explore. If there’s enough interest in something, I can then build material around it — meaning members have some influence over how the Psychology Suite develops.

Learn individually. Develop collectively.

Nobody is expected to sit in a group and disclose their private problems — this isn’t group therapy. People can engage with the community as much or as little as they want. It’s a community of people interested in psychology, their own development, understanding other people and understanding human behaviour: asking questions, discussing ideas, sharing perspectives, engaging with the material and contributing towards what we develop next.

Psychology Power Sessions

Collective members also have access to a separate service: Psychology Power Sessions — 60-minute sessions with me, either face-to-face or online. Collective members receive priority access to my booking calendar and discounted member pricing. Rather than entering one of the full individual programmes, members can book a Psychology Power Session when something specific comes up. These aren’t included within the membership itself and are booked separately.

Individual E.P.I.C. Psychology

Areas We Explore

Thinking & Metacognition

Thought management, attention, rumination, cognitive observation and understanding the way we think.

Identity & Beliefs

How beliefs develop, how identity influences behaviour and why certain psychological patterns become self-reinforcing.

Attachment & Relationships

Attachment patterns, communication, conflict, rejection, interpretation and relationship behaviour.

Anxiety & Threat

Threat perception, avoidance, uncertainty, rumination and psychological responses to fear.

Emotional Intelligence

Self-awareness, emotional regulation, impulse control and interpersonal behaviour.

Behaviour & Patterns

Understanding why behaviours repeat, how patterns develop and what maintains them.

Performance Psychology

Confidence, resilience, decision-making, consistency, pressure and performance.

Understanding Other People

Social cognition, attribution, relationships, aggression and why people behave in particular ways.

Psychology Research

My own research alongside interesting research and developments from across psychology

These aren’t intended to be fixed categories forever — they give an idea of the breadth of material that will eventually sit inside the Collective.

Members can expect the Psychology Suite to continually grow through:

New psychology content

New courses

Monthly live sessions

Psychological insights

Member-requested subjects

New areas of psychology

The important point is that the Collective continues developing rather than becoming a static library.
